To purchase an item from AVVENN’s online store, simply select “ADD TO CART” on the product page, and then click on “CHECKOUT” to finalise your purchase. You will be directed to our secure checkout area where you can choose a delivery address and, if different, a billing address. The final step is the Secure Payment, where you will be able to select from various payment methods.
In most cases you can shop as a guest, without creating an online account. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to create an account.
If you wish to change your order, please send an email to support@avvenn.com. Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated. We strive to assist you as much as possible to ensure your satisfaction.
For security reasons, it is not possible to change the delivery or billing address, or the shipping method once an order has been placed.
According to our terms and conditions, once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel it.
