RETURN POLICY
Returns & Refunds
This policy applies to all orders placed on avvenn.com. To request a return or exchange, please contact support@avvenn.com prior to sending any item back. Returns sent without prior confirmation may be refused or returned to the sender.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, with all original tags attached, free from stains, odors, or signs of wear, and returned using the original or equivalent protective packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and may be returned without refund. Fragrances, underwear/intimate items, and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return unless defective.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, a return or refund may be requested and return shipping will be covered by AVVENN; photo or video verification may be required.
For orders delivered to the EU and UK, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery and must be sent using AVVENN’s provided return label and designated return process. Return shipping for defective items is covered by AVVENN; for non-defective returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For orders delivered outside the EU (including the United States, Canada, and Asia-Pacific), returns must be shipped using the designated carrier (DHL), include a return proforma invoice, be addressed to AVVENN’s designated receiving entity, and be sent from the original country of delivery. Returns that do not comply with these requirements may be refused or returned and will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping for defective items is covered by AVVENN; for non-defective returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges are available only for a different size of the same style, subject to availability. For a different style or color, please return the item and place a new order. All returned items are inspected upon receipt; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card: up to 7 business days; PayPal: within 24 hours; Klarna: up to 14 days). AVVENN reserves the right to update this policy as needed.
