RETURN POLICY

According to our policy, returns within 14 days are not supported unless the item has a quality issue.
If you need assistance, please contact our customer service at support.avvenn@gmail.com for help with your order and refund.

Here's how:

1. Fill in the online Return Form by accessing https://avvenn.com/returns.

2. Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

3. Stick the pre-printed and prepaid label on the original box (or on another one that is equally strong) so as to cover the original shipping label.

4. Request the collection at the link https://mydhl.express.dhl: the courier will come and collect the parcel where and when you prefer.

Your return will be insured in the event of theft or loss during transit.

You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the parcel will be sent back to you and the refund will not be issued.

Please note that it is not possible to return fragrances and underwear.

Credit Card: Our bank will issue a refund within 7 working days of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the card issuer.

PayPal: The refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 24 hours of the Return Acceptance Confirmation email.

Klarna: It can take up to 14 days for refunds to process and the balance of your connected payment method to update.
