International shipping

AVVENN ships internationally to selected destinations via Aramex and other trusted international carriers, depending on destination and service availability. Shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. All delivery times shown are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customs duties, taxes, and any import-related charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, AVVENN does not collect, estimate, or refund such charges.

Order Processing

Standard orders are processed within 48 hours on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time refers to order preparation and does not include shipping time. Customized or made-to-order items may require up to two weeks for processing prior to shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent. Tracking information provided by the carrier serves as the primary reference for delivery status.

Important Notice

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information and for cooperating with any required customs or delivery procedures. AVVENN is not responsible for delivery delays, returns, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details, inability to contact the recipient, failure to complete customs clearance, or events beyond AVVENN’s control.
